At WHW, inclusion is an important part of our culture. We believe that varied perspectives strengthen our work, our team, and the service we provide to clients.

Women’s Initiative

In 2017, WHW established the Women’s Initiative to foster connection, mentorship, and professional development through firm-sponsored events, community service, and pro bono activities. As part of this effort, we host prominent women from the worlds of television, film, politics, law, public service, and business, whose perspectives help promote dialogue, strengthen community, and support an inclusive culture across the firm. Women’s Initiative events are open to lawyers of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
