New York City, NY (June 12th, 2026) — Walden Haran Williams LLP, a nationally recognized boutique law firm, announced its new name, effective today. The name change, from Walden Macht Haran & Williams LLP, follows the departure of founding partner Timothy Macht, who has stepped down from the firm to pursue an opportunity with a litigation strategies company.
The firm will now be known by the initials WHW and will maintain its focus on white collar and regulatory defense and investigations, complex commercial disputes, and corporate compliance.
Macht was one of the firm’s founding partners and played an important role in its growth since its launch in 2015.
